1. Which of my personal accounts can I view online?
BankAnytime will allow you to include your personal Checking, Savings, Loan, CD, and IRA type accounts all from a single convenient location.
2. Which of my business accounts can I view online?
BankAnytime will allow you to include your Small Business Checking, Savings, and Loan accounts that are not considered to be Commercial/Corporate accounts. If you have a question about a specific account type, please contact the Integra Care department.
3. If I have both business and personal accounts, can I view them together?
Generally speaking, BankAnytime will not allow business and personal product types to be placed on the same profile, however if you feel that you have a special circumstance, you may contact the IntegraCare department to discuss your situation.
4. Can I setup both a business profile and a personal profile using the same SSN?
Yes, you may have both a business and a personal profile using the same SSN, however, if you wish to use Bill Pay on both of those profiles, they will need to have different SSNs in order to maintain separate payee lists.
5. If I have accounts in more than one state, will I be able to see them all?
Yes. BankAnytime does not create a division between your Integra accounts, no matter which branch location the account was originated at.
6. How far back can I view transaction history?
Your transaction history will begin to be stored starting as of the date of your enrollment, and will be searchable back to that date at any time in the future. Also, for your convenience, 45 days worth of transaction history will be displayed on your account details screen. BankAnytime does not collect transaction history for transactions that are processed prior to the date of your enrollment.
7. How can I find a specific check or deposit?
BankAnytime includes a search feature that will allow you to search for specific transactions based on a number of variable search criteria.
8. How can I obtain a copy of a check?
With BankAnytime, you will have the ability to view and print images of your checks online up to 180 days old. If you are in need of a check copy that is older than that, you will need to contact the IntegraCare department.
9. What is a pending transaction?
Transactions that appear in the Pending Transactions section of your account details screen are transactions that will be posted to your account on the next night of processing. Example: If a transaction shows up in your Pending Transactions section on Monday, then it will be posted to your account during Monday night's processing; if it shows up on a Saturday, it will also be posted on the next Monday night's processing because no processing is done on Saturday or Sunday nights.
10. What is a "Queued" funds transfer?
Funds transfers will show up as Queued if the system is experiencing an interruption in immediate connectivity, such as high server or network traffic. The transaction will be processed in the order in which it was received by the system once communication becomes available again.
11. How do I add or remove an account from my online profile?
To make changes to the accounts that are on your BankAnytime profile, you will go to the Account Tools page and select Update Account Settings. There you will be able to add, remove, change the nickname, and change the online statement selection for all of your accounts.
12. How do I edit my personal information such as address, phone number, and email?
All of your personal information can be edited from the Edit Profile link on the Account Tools page.
13. Can I reorder checks online?
Yes, to reorder checks online, go to the Account Tools page and then select the "Reorder my checks online" link from the Account Services menu.
14. What is the difference between the Account Balance and the Ledger Balance?
The Ledger Balance is the current balance of your account. The Account Balance is the current balance plus or minus any memo posted items on that account. Memo posted items include direct deposits, electronic debits, and ATM transactions.
