Integra offers eligible employees the opportunity to participate in a group health insurance plan. Integra's health coverage includes a variety of medical plan options, as well as prescription, vision, and dental coverage.
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Integra's life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance programs provide options for financial protection for you and your beneficiaries. Full-time employees are eligible for bank-paid life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance equal to two and one-half times their base salary, and part-time employees are provided $10,000 of coverage.
Full-time employees are eligible to purchase supplemental life insurance on themselves, their spouse, and dependent children.
401(k) Retirement Plan
Employees may elect to contribute a portion of their eligible pay, up to the IRS maximum, to a 401(k) account.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Through Flexible Spending Accounts, employees may save for anticipated medical and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis.
Long-term Disability
Integra offers full-time employees long-term disability benefits designed to provide you with income protection if you are unable to work because of illness or injury.
Vacations, Holidays and Sick Time
