Data Exchange

The Integra Bank Data Exchange Center allows easy access to account information through the Internet. Data Exchange provides information in BAI II format which is easily imported into several accounting applications.

BAI II

Data Exchange produces information in BAI II format, which is easily imported into several accounting applications. You can download up to six days of previous day information. Listed below are the fields of information you will receive with in each file.

Data Exchange Reporting Includes:

• Opening ledger balance
• Closing ledger balance
• Opening available balance
• Closing available balance
• Average closing available MTD
• 1 day float
• 2 or more days float
• Total debits
• Total credits
• Checks, deposits and ACH detail

Reconciliation

Data Exchange also creates a file for your account reconciliation. This file will not only automate your reconciliation process, but also save administrative efforts of manual reconcilement. Deposit, Partial, and Full Reconciliation file options are available through Data Exchange.

Lockbox

Are you leveraging Integra Bank's Retail Lockbox service? If yes, you can receive a posting file directly from the Data Exchange Center. This convenient option will allow you to post your receivables to your internal systems on the same day of deposit to your Integra operating account.

Sweep Investment

Are you a Sweep Investment customer? Did you know Investment Sweep Notices are now available through the Data Exchange Center? This notice of previous day activity is available by 9:00 A.M. Central Time, earlier than you could receive via mail!

The data exchange center is a gateway between Integra Bank and our customers. The possibilities are limitless for the number of accounts you are able to access. We can give you the ability to retrieve a file for reconciliation purposes or a lockbox file that gives detail of processing from the previous day.
