Integra Bank's Positive Pay Service is designed to help you detect and prevent check fraud. The positive pay service assures that only the checks authorized will be paid and offers greater control over disbursement activity.

Customers using Positive Pay provide Integra Bank with a "check issue report" of all checks written for a specified timeframe. Each day when checks are presented to the bank, a comparison is made to the check issue report. Your company is then notified of any checks presented to the bank that are not found on the check issue report and instructs the bank to pay or return the checks.

Zero Balance Accounting is a basic cash management mechanism designed to be used as either a concentration or disbursement system. An Integra Bank Zero Balance Account operates like a normal checking account. All transactions (either debits or credits) post to the account each day. At the end of the processing day, a transfer is automatically generated to or from the concentration account to bring the account balance back to zero.
