Our banking center employees have brief daily huddles every morning before the start of the day. This time is used to discuss quality service standards and celebrate accomplishments.

Customer Service Calling Program.

We will follow up with customers after making account changes or openings to ensure service standards are met.

Telephone Etiquette Standards.

Integra employees will answer their telephones in a professional manner and exceed our customer expections when handling their financial needs by phone.

Problem Resolution Process.

We have designed a web-based tool to identify, log and escalate potential customer service issues to allow employees to provide the highest quality service to our customers.

Banking Center Managers Best Practices Conference.

Annually, we will gather our Banking Center Managers to meet about quality standards with our sales and service programs.

Sales and Service MVP Program.

We honor our best and brightest employees with a quarterly and annual MVP program. These shining stars are recognized for their outstanding achievements in the areas of sales and service.
