Our "10 Minute Rule"

We understand when you are in a rush or running a few minutes late - that is why we open our doors 10 minutes before our stated opening time and stay open at least 10 past our stated closing time.

Extended hours

Bankers Hours might be the case at other banks, but not at Integra. We know financial questions don't just happen during the normal business day, that is why our IntegraCare Call Center is available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Central Time) Monday through Friday. On Saturday, we are available from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call us when you need us to answer your financial questions.

Empowered to solve problems

At Integra, our employees are empowered to solve issues quickly and fairly to expedite and serve our customers better. We don't want our customers to be inconvenienced by passing them from one employee to another. If it is a process improvement that needs to be made, we have designed a web-based tool to identify, log and escalate potential customer service issues to improve the way we do business.

Service follow-up calls

Don't be surprised if you hear from us. We make periodic calls to customers to follow-up on service standards, such as making sure your CheckCard arrived on time, or if your new order of checks are printed to your satisfaction. It's just our way of staying close to our customers and know they are happy with our service.
