Deluxe ID TheftBlock™ is a suite of monitoring and protection services offered through the financial institution to help combat the problem of identity theft. This services consists of:

1. Membership Kit/Initial Credit Report

   Upon enrollment, you receive a membership kit with a copy of your credit report along with important creditor contact information.

2. Credit Monitoring and Alerts

   Your credit bureau records are monitored each business day and if changes, additions, or new inquiries appear, you are notified via e-mail or U.S. mail.

3. Check Order Screening

   If a Deluxe check order is placed with changes to your personal information, you are notified via e-mail or U.S. mail.

4. Consumer Fraud Resource Center

   You can receive prompt fraud resolution assistance by specialists, who help you document damage, report the incident and compile/organize the necessary paperwork.

5. Identity Theft Insurance

   This coverage pays certain out-of-pocket expenses (less a $250 deductible) incurred to repair results of identity theft (i.e.: phone charges, notary expenses, loan reapplication fees, etc.).

This comprehensive service can provide you with easier/faster detection of an indentity theft problem an assistance in dealin with a problem -- saving you time and reducing the financial and emotional impact.

After successful enrollment, you will receive a Deluxe ID TheftBlock Membership Kit which includes a description of the Deluxe ID TheftBlock service, a participant number, a personal credit report with a glossary of terms to help you understand your credit report, a personalized contact directory to hekp you contact your creditors, a security code for Web access, insurance certificate and a description of the Deluxe ID TheftBlock Privacy Policy.

The cost of this service is only $9.99 per month, after a one time membership fee of $9.99. The membership fee includes the first month's service fee. You will be charged for this service by direct ACH debit to your checking account.
