Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get reimbursed for the checks I have already paid for?
We understand that there will never be a great time to switch banks - especially when you are still using checks you have paid for from your current bank. When we said we would make it easy, we really meant it. Bring us your unused checks from another financial institution and we'll pay you up to $25 toward new personalized Integra checks when you open any new Integra checking account.
Is it easy to change my direct deposit?
Yes. We have an easy one-page direct deposit switch form to help you make the change. Just leave your old checking account open while your company payroll department makes the switch. Once your next paycheck is deposited into your new Integra checking account, then you can close your old account.
Do I get a Check Card with my new Integra checking account?
Yes. A no-fee Integra Check Card is a feature of every Integra checking account. Use it everywhere MasterCard is accepted and every purchase will come directly from your checking account. It's safe and easier than writing checks.
What if my loan is set up with an automatic payment from another bank?
Even if your loan payment is made to another financial institution, you can still have the automatic payment come out of your new Integra checking account. We have a simple one-page form to notify your old bank that your payment will come from a different account in the future. It is easy to make the switch.

How can I find out what rates Integra offers on their deposit accounts?

Are Integra's deposit accounts FDIC-insured?
Yes. Your deposits are insured up to the legal limit by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. For more information on FDIC insurance, visit FDIC online at http://www.fdic.gov.
Can I switch my small business account to Integra with the Switch Kit?
It's very easy to move your accounts to Integra, and still have check writing capabilities and access to all your funds. Just select the business checking that fits your needs and open it at any Integra banking center. Once you receive your new checks, move over the excess balances from your old account (leaving enough to cover outstanding checks and automatic withdrawals), make all new deposits into your new Integra account, and start writing checks from it. When your checks have cleared in your old bank account and all automatic withdrawals have transferred, you can close the old account.
